Valid California driver’s license.  Special Requirements:  Must be able to meet and receive a criminal records clearance as required by Title XXII licensing regulations.  Must be able to be insured by RCS insurance carrier for transportation of residents and maintain that insurability.  Must be able to be insured by a professional liability insurance company.
