Psychiatrist - 1099/Full-Time/Part-Time/Remote Opportunities Compensation: $410,000 - $430,000Job Type:Part-Time W2/1099 (Remote): Bilingual in Spanish required for remote position) Minimum 2 days per week, hours ranging from 9/10AM - 5/6 PM PST; Hourly Rate: $200hr. Full-Time (Onsite): Monday - Friday, 9/10 AM - 5/6 PMAnnual Salary: $410,000 - $430,000 (Full-time)Location: Gilroy and Campbell, CABenefits:Medical Coverage: Substantial coverage for medical expenses for both employees and their family members, with minimal copays for prescriptions.Cash Benefit Option: Eligibility for cash in lieu of benefits if medical coverage is waived.Dental & Vision: Dental PPO and Vision plans.Mental Health Support: Extensive EAP offering both teletherapy and in-person counseling, plus FREE access to the Impact Suite Mental Health and Wellness programs.Chiropractic Care: Up to 30 covered-NO COST visits per year.Retirement: 401k - 2% matchFertility Support: Up to $10,000 reimbursement.Generous Time Off: Competitive PTO, 12 paid holidays, bereavement leave, and more.Additional Perks: Student loan forgiveness, mileage reimbursement, and a bilingual stipend.Psychiatrist Essential Job Functions:Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of psychiatric procedures and manage clinical relationships with consulting psychiatrists/physicians as needed.Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with the Executive and Directors Teams to ensure clinical programs comply with regulations and maintain quality standards.Client Care: Participate in clinical assessments, prescribe necessary medications, and enhance client and family healthcare knowledge.Team Guidance: Provide consultation to program directors, therapists, and care teams, fostering best practice approaches and staff interventions.Documentation & Training: Oversee medical evaluations, ensure timely documentation, and contribute to training and development of care providers.Qualifications:   MD from an accredited University.  California Medical Board-certified psychiatrist  Current and clear license to practice medicine in California. Valid California driver’s license.  Special Requirements:  Must be able to meet and receive a criminal records clearance as required by Title XXII licensing regulations.  Must be able to be insured by RCS insurance carrier for transportation of residents and maintain that insurability.  Must be able to be insured by a professional liability insurance company.
